The content, modules, and resources provided within the "Rent with Jovan" community are for educational and professional development purposes only. StratEx Management LLC is providing Standard Operating Procedures based on our own operational experience.
2. No Guarantee of Income
StratEx Management LLC does not guarantee any specific financial results, passive income, or business success from the use of our curriculum. The short-term rental market involves inherent risks. Clients are solely responsible for their own real estate investments, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
3. Intellectual Property
All spreadsheets, SOPs, and templates provided within the Vault are the exclusive intellectual property of StratEx Management LLC. They are licensed to the enrolled user for internal business use only and may not be resold, distributed, or published.
4. Delivery of Service
Service is considered fully delivered the moment the user is granted digital access to the Circle.so platform and the associated downloadable assets.
